Jube and his team are incredible to work with. Gatica’s Construction did a great job from the inception of the project until the final inspection and even afterwards. We hired them for a full home remodel including plumbing, electrical work, floors, new windows, etc. They also stuck to their estimated timeline (only 4 months!! The team took our plans and made sure to ask us questions throughout the process. They paid close attention to details and were ready to overcome any obstacles that come up. For instance, for all of the tile work, my husband and I bought too little tile which sucked. Omar was kind and patient and even thought of ways to use tiles more efficiently. He not only helped us figure out how to use the existing tiles more efficiently but also offered helpful suggestions for supplemental tile options. Another instance where their expertise came in handy was with our kitchen design. Our original layout wasn’t a great use of space, and they suggested moving the fridge to a different location – which made a huge difference. We got more counter space and improved the overall flow of the kitchen.
Another thing notable thing was how *clean* the team kept the work area. They were diligent about cleaning up at the end of each day, removing a lot of dust and debris + making the whole experience easy for us to handle as we lived in our converted garage.

Gatica’s construction remodeled our old bathroom and they did a great job. They also replaced all our old water pipes with copper for our house. They were highly recommended by a friend who hired them to remodel their kitchen and bathroom and re-piping. After that, we also hired them to remodel our kitchen. They also painted our entire house. They are a licensed general contractor and can do everything including remodeling any part of the house, re-piping, electrical, painting, and decks. They can also design and make suggestions to what you have in mind. I would highly recommend them.
